On the occasion of David Ross’s 20th anniversary as artistic director of this company in Kamloops, BC, he and Hoffman discuss the company’s history, the distinct challenges and opportunities of producing theatre in a small city, audience demographics, the season system that has evolved at WCT, the impact of the company on the community, and a vision for the company’s future relationship with the community.
